Ted Owens was a man who supposedly had contacts with multi-dimensional Extremely Advanced Beings called Space Intelligences.

Mr. Owens suffered severe head injuries on several occasions as a youth. Despite these Mr. Owens developed a very high intelligence quotient

Later in life Mr. Owens claimed to have been exposed to a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) and to have started having conversations in his brain and mind with advanced beings called Space Intelligences or SI's. Mr. Owens described the SIs as invisible beings of pure energy, although he sometimes depicted them as insects. Mr. Owens claimed that SI's had caused his head injuries earlier in life so his brain could have effective two-way communication with them and that he was the first person since Prophet Musa or Moses
