Plot

In a quiet, suburban neighborhood, two sisters, Candy and Cindy are left home alone while their parents go out for the day. Candy discovers a mysterious package in her mail containing a DVD from the devil himself. Meanwhile Cindy invites her friends over for a party. Up in her room, Candy watches the cartoon and accidentally releases the characters from the cartoon: Doctor Carnage, a green-skinned mad scientist, and Max Assassin, a purple gorilla who doctor carnage created by stealing a monkey from a local animal Experimentation Laboratory, who begin slaughtering all of the party guests. Cindy and her friend get help from a cop that was in the cartoon earlier, but the cop gets blown up after accidentally finding a box of doughnuts containing a stick of dynamite left nothing but a skeleton. Two of Cindy's friends get killed during a Magic Show where two cartoon vultures fly over Cindy's friend and wait to eat her remains. Eventually, the two villains kill everyone except for Cindy who discovers that the devil created them and they plan to take over the world using these cursed cartoons. She fights back using her newfound superhero

powers and succeeds in killing both of the toons. At the end of the movie her parents return to find her in her bedroom with all of her dead friends, laughing hysterically. however, a little boy receives a terror toons dvd and watches it in his house as the door shuts itself and the chaos happens all over again.
