Bradway worked in the personnel department for the Kansas City Chiefs
prior to being hired as general manager of the Jets in 2001, and served in that capacity until his resignation in 2006. Bradway has remained with the Jets as a consultant. Bradway believed that Doug Jolley would be the next coming of Jeff Parles, hence trading a first round pick to obtain him.
