in business development, and earned an MBA from UCLA in 1999. He then joined the Colorado Rockies
in 1999, and worked there successively as an assistant director, director, and senior director. Levine assisted Rockies General Manager Dan O'Dowd
in baseball operations, including contract negotiations, player transactions, payroll management, financial and statistical analysis, and rules administration.
Levine was appointed to the position of Rangers' assistant general manager in October 2005.
