The Beekeepers, composed of Jamie East (vocals), Gary Thatcher (guitar), Mark Simpson (bass), Steve Bailey (drums), and Julian Berry (guitar) formed in 1993. The band have been working together over the last year, recording new material and will be reforming for a one off 'farewell gig' at The Old Bell in Derby on September 24, 2011 with Kev Lamb replacing Julian Berry on guitar duties.
