Hannah made her debut on the OVW TV Tapings in August 2009; she debuted first, and as part of her in-ring persona, would disappear under the ring during matches, emerging revived. Eventually, however, it was discovered she was switching places with her twin, Holly, under the ring in order to gain an advantage.
On 7 October 2008 Hannah defeated Epiphany to win the OVW Women's Championship
. However it was announced, both twins were co-champions, after switch. The Blossom Twins lost the title to, Josie on 28 November. The title was awarded back to Hannah Blossom four days later, after a review of match footage by the OVW board of directors showing that Josie pinned Holly Blossom who was not her legal opponent. On 31 July 2010 Holly Blossom won the title after she defeated Taryn Shay. She lost her to Josie on August 28.

In 2008, at the Genny Norton Promotions, The Blossoms defeated CJ Banks & Danny Hope. On 19 September, they teamed with Bubblegum to defeat Generation S.E.X (Brad Flash, Brett Valentine and Mikey Riot). On 10 October The Blossoms and Travis the Menace defeaeted Bret Valentine, Brad Flash and Prince Ameen.
In 2010, The Blossom Twins joined Wrestlicious
under the names Beatrice and Penelope Bristol. They debuted on Episode 11, cutting a promo about their arrival in the company.
On 27 February, 2011 at Futureshock Wrestling, The Blossoms defeated Becky James and Charlie Quinn.
On 30 April, 2011 Hannah Blossom faced Mickie James
to determine the inaugural Covey Pro Women's Champion, but was unsuccessful in winning the championship.

in her debut match for the OVW Women's Championship
on the OVW TV Tapings. During the match, she switched with her sister Holly, who pinned Epiphany to win the title, becoming the first woman to win the championship in her debut match. However, they revealed that they are twins after the match. Later, in the end of October, it was announced that former champion Josie would return to the promotion to challenge Hannah for the title on 28 November, at OVW's Thanksgiving Thunder. Josie won the title, after pinning Holly. Four days later, the title was awarded back to Hannah Blossom after a review of match footage by the OVW board of directors showing that Josie pinned Holly Blossom who was not her legal opponent. Josie defeated Hannah Blossom on 18 December, on the OVW TV Tapings.
Going into 2010, The Blossoms turned face
saving Josie from the attack of CJ Lane, Epiphany and Taryn Shay on episode 551. The six were involved in a tag team match on 28 February, at OVW's Retribution which The Blossoms and Josie won. On episode 555, Holly defeated Taryn Shay. On episode 556, Epiphany defeated Hannah. After the match CJ Lane attacked her, leading Holly to challenge her for the title. However, on OVW's The Showcase on 24 April, she lost to CJ. Holly Blossom won the title, after she defeated Shay on 31 July at OVW's Futureshock 2. She lost the title to Lady JoJo (formerly Josie) on 28 August, at OVW's Summer Scorcher. In the end of 2009, the duo quickly started a scripted rivalry
with Lady JoJo & Taryn Shay, which led to a Loser Leaves OVW match at OVW's Saturday Night Special on 11 November, in which they lost and were forced to leave OVW.
On 19 March 2011 at episode 603, Lady JoJo defeated C.J. Lane to retain her title. After the match Lady JoJo and Taryn Shay continued a beatdown on C.J. Lane when out come The Blossom Twins who attacked JoJo and Shay to help C.J. Lane. Later it was announced that The Blossoms are officially back in OVW. In April, they started rivalry with Smothers Twisted Daughters (Jessie Belle and Izza Belle Smothers
. The teams faced each other at episode 610, in which The Blossoms won. On episode 611, The Blossoms teamed up with Johnny Spade to defeat The Smothers and Shiloh Jonze in a six-person mixed tag team match. The two teams faced again, this time both as faces
