 (CCNY) relocated its main campus from East 23rd Street to Hamilton Heights. It is published in broadsheet format, acting as a "paper of record" of events, policies, and controversies related to the CCNY campus and its surrounding neighborhoods.

At times, its staff and editors were reprimanded by the administration for publishing articles critical of the school's policies.

Its strength depends on its staff. At times, its editions vary from a monthly to a weekly, depending on the amount of news stories, and the staff's availability.
