Plot

Jessie visits her grandmother at Blue Moon. However, it becomes clear to Jessie that something is wrong. Her grandmother is more forgetful than usual, and the charm bracelet that she always wears is gone.

Unhappy with the idea that her grandmother is moving away from Blue Moon, Jessie discovers a realm of magic where her grandmother is the rightful queen.
