 and starting as teenagers they wrote a series of graphical demonstration computer programs to show off the coding and artistic talents. Like most demo groups the members used handles or nick names to identify themselves.

Usually known by the shortened form TEX they arguably kick started the Atari ST

 demo scene in 1987 with programs called Little Sound Demo and Little Color Demo. They are perhaps best known for the then large B.I.G Demo (Best In Galaxy) which featured a large collection of music ported from various Commodore 64

 games by their musician Jochen Hippel
