On September 8, 2009 The Latency
released their first label-supported debut self-titled album on Maple Music. The album features twelve songs, six of which are reworked from the previous EP, the other six brand new material.[2][3] 85% of stores in Canada were sold out of the album during the first week it was released. [4]
The Latency shot the video for their third single, "Fork In The Road", in Toronto, ON, from January 18 to January 19, 2010.
