The mall's primary trade area is one of the fastest-growing regions in California
. The mall is located near Interstate 15
and Bear Valley Road.
The mall has three anchors JCPenney, Forever 21
, Sears
and a Cinemark 16-screen theatre. In 2009 Gottschalks
that had the fourth anchor closed due to Chapter 11 in July 2009 the mall is still looking for a store to replace it, on November 10th 2011 Macerich announced a new Macy's
to replace the vacated Gottschalks.
In 2006 the old AMC 10-screen movie theatre was demolished to make way for a new 16-screen Cinemark theatre. In 2007 the mall was reopened with a new look and a new logo.
In 2009 Forever 21 took over the former Mervyns and is one of the largest Forever 21 stores in California. Also the Gottschalks closed in July 2009 and its still vacant.
In 2010 mall had few store openings like Philly Star and Pillow Pets
. The Lane Bryant store move out of the mall to open in a shopping center across the street.

History
The mall first opened in 1987 with four anchors Sears, Harris, JCPenney, Mervyns, and a 10-screen AMC theatre. In 2000 Gottschalks replaced the Harris store. In 2003 a Barnes & Noble Bookstore was added in the east side of the mall.
