The Mexico City Globalist

The Mexico City Globalist is the Mexican chapter of a network of student-run international affairs magazines at premier universities around the world known as Global 21.

History

The Mexico City Globalist was founded in 2010 at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM

). It is the first Spanish-speaking chapter of the network.

Mission

This magazine tries to follow Global 21's mission, which is to connect students from around the world who are passionate about international affairs, Global21 seeks to use its network to create a practical tool for dialogue that will produce greater international cooperation and understanding in the future. Through article exchanges, an international blog, and worldwide conferences, Global 21 helps high-achieving students hone the skills necessary to excel in business, non-profit, journalism, and government work, with the hope that these students will graduate from university with the drive and ability to tackle the global issues we will face in the future.
