Upon release the album was a commercial failure leading to Lisa being dropped by her record label.
The 2004 edition includes 11 audio
-tracks and 2 videoclips, while the 2006 edition includes 13 audio tracks and 2 videoclips. 4 singles were taken out the album: "Easier", "Treat Me Like a Woman" (the two songs were released as one double-A-side single in the UK only, and separately in some territories), "If I Hadn't Got You" and "He Touches Me".
The long playing work, unlike Lisa's other records, all containing previously unreleased original songs (and all 5 re-released in digipak), consists of a number of tracks composed by Stansfield along with her usual team, and numerous covers
(more than half of the track listing), including Prefab Sprout
's biggest hit, "When Love Breaks Down".
