Scope
The dictionary consists of almost 100 000 entries. It was expanded and modernized from Suomen kielen perussanakirja (The Basic Dictionary of the Finnish Language), printed between 1990 and 1994 (and digitalized in 1997 to CD-Perussanakirja).
