In Australia, Oaktree focuses on educating and training young people to be effective agents of change, as well as lobbying for policy change through sustained, community-driven campaigns.
The Oaktree Foundation was founded in 2003 by Hugh Evans (2004 Young Australian of the Year) and Nicolas Mackay in Melbourne, Australia.
