. Ohio Development has recommended that the state Controlling Board approve a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant to aid Campus Apartments Inc., a development firm based in Philadelphia, according to Nick Zaferes, Vice President of Development & Construction with Campus Apartments.

After renovations are complete, The Seneca will house apartments and a new retail center.
