The Shops at Summerlin Centre was supposed to be an outdoor shopping center that was part of a mixed use development in Summerlin Centre, a Summerlin village. The mall will provide about 1500000 square feet (139,354.6 m²) of retail space with a scheduled opening date of October 16, 2009.

Because of the current state of the economy, the construction has been halted and delayed since August 2008 and it is unknown when construction will continue. On February 24, 2010, GGP filed for bankruptcy.
