) and their 5-year-old daughter who has diabetes. Anjali and Vishal are trying to hold on to their deteriorating marriage which is already under tremendous pressure. One day in a train, Vishal meets Roma (Geeta Basra
), a beautiful and captivating woman. The attraction between them is instantaneous. Roma shows him the picture of her cute little daughter. As Vishal gets to know her better, he realizes that she too is a loner, trapped in a loveless marriage. The attraction between them reaches a peak and at a point they decide to give in to an adulterous affair. One night, both of them go in a club. After a small tiff with a goon, the two leave the club and decide to go to a hotel. Roma is very choosy about hotels as she is scared that her husband might catch them. Finally they come in a safe hotel and book a room. In the room, just when they are about to get intimate, a thief comes in the room and robs them. Vishal gives away his wallet and asks him to leave. But Vishal gets badly injured and the thief rapes Roma. Vishal and Roma then leave the hotel feeling guilty. Vishal comes home and his wife is very worried after seeing him covered in blood. She asks him to take a bath. The thief calls up Vishal's home and threatens that he'll tell his wife about his affair if he doesn't give him more money. Vishal is very tensed and visits Roma in her office. He tells her about the threat call and Roma says that she will give the money because Vishal and his wife are saving money for their daughter. However, Vishal denies and assures that he can manage the money. He gives the money to the thief and heaves a sigh of relief. But the thief continues to threaten him and demands more and more money. He threatens to kill all three women in his life- his wife, his daughter and Roma. The thief even reaches his house as Vishal's childhood friend. But Vishal's hands are tied. He cannot even lodge a complaint in police because he can't answer questions about his affair with Roma. In the process, Vishal's office friend gets killed. A police officer investigates his murder and he has doubt on Vishal. In the office when the officer is questioning Vishal, he gets a call from the thief who is at Roma's house. Vishal rushes to her house and gives him 10 lakh rupees- the entire savings from his bank account. Meanwhile, Anjali comes to know of her husband's affair and his daughter is also admitted in the hospital. Vishal's life crushes as he has no money left and because of lust he ruined his entire life.As a guilty and tired Vishal walks on road, he sees picture of Roma's daughter in a frame shop. He asks about it and the lady in the shop tells him that the Indian little girl is very cute and that's why they have kept her photos as model everywhere.He goes in her office and finds out that she was just a temporary secretary and her real name is Richa Malhotra. It dawns upon Vishal that it Roma trapped him in her beauty and used him for money. Vishal goes to the train station and checks all the train compartments to see whether he can find Roma who might be using another man now. He finds her with other man on the station and follows her. He sees Roma with the thief who is actually her boyfriend. Vishal tells his wife about all this and she doesn't believe him. Vishal decides to get back his money and also save the other man. He goes in the same hotel where he was robbed. He finds out that the hotel staff is also involved in all this. He sees Roma and a man going in an elevator and follows them through staircase. Just as her boyfriend is about to enter with his colleague,Vishal comes and hits him from the back. They fight and Roma, her boyfriend, his colleague and the man are killed. Vishal finds his money in the locker of the room. When police ask him about the incident, he tells them that he heard the firing and hid in his room so didn't see anything. Vishal comes back with money and is reunited with his family.
