. It is based on two episodes of The Twilight Zone
, the first stanza of the song being based on the episode "Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up?", and the third stanza being based on the episode "Stopover in a Quiet Town
". It was the first single to be released from 2112.
It is notable that Rush had already credited Rod Serling, the host of The Twilight Zone television series, on their last album and would again on their next. This was the last track done for the album, another fantasy trip, this time through the fourth dimension. The Defenders 1977 comic book from Marvel dedicated their 45th issue to each member of the band. In it, a character named Red Rajah says: "Truth is false and logic lost, consult the Raja at all cost."
