Theistareykjarbunga is a shield volcano in Iceland with two fissure vents called Theistareykjahraun and Borgahraun, and two cones the 370m Storahversmor and the 540m Storaviti.

Cones include the 370m Storahversmor shield volcano and the, 540m high, 30km³ Storaviti shield volcano.
And there are two fissure vents Theistareykjahraun and Borgahraun.

Eruptions

There have been three dated eruptions, all VEI 0, the most recent in approximately 900BC. The previous eruption in approximately in 6800BC.
An eruption in approximately 9500BC poured out a colossal 18,000,000,000 cubic meters of basaltic lava.
