In the semi-final they defeated fourteen times champions Clonmel Commercials
by 1-5 to 0-6 to become the first team from North Tipperary to reach a county senior football final since Kilruane McDonaghs in 1975.
On 6 November they won the Tipperary Senior Football championship for the very first time after a 0-9 to 0-7 win against Moyle Rovers
in the final. As a divisional team they are not eligible to compete in the Munster Senior Club Football Championship
, so runners-up Moyle Rovers will take their place.
