 which opened in 1982 and was closed on 8 August 2003. It was demolished in 2004. It cost 4,000,000 to build and was capable of reaching speeds of up to 87 km/h (54.1 mph). It was the first roller coaster in Australia to feature vertical loops. The land where Thunderbolt stood is partly occupied by Dreamworld's FlowRider
