championship as tournament hosts. The next year, he was traded to the Regina Pats
, where he finished his major junior career.

with the Ontario Reign
in the 2008–09 season.
On November 18, 2011, the Wichita Thunder
traded Kraus to the Dayton Gems
in exchange for future considerations.
