Taylor is the second Cleveland television news anchorperson ever honored with the Cleveland Association of Broadcaster’s “Excellence in Broadcasting” Award. In addition to his primary anchor role, Taylor has covered presidential conventions, inaugurations, papal visits, the Three Mile Island Nuclear Disaster and the World Series as well as one-on-one interviews with many of America ’s top newsmakers, including Presidents Richard Nixon

Biographical sketch

Personal life and interests

An avid golfer and outdoorsman, Tim is now retired, and he and his wife Cathy enjoy sharing their love of animals and nature with their six adult children and four grandchildren in suburban Cleveland.
