Academic Program

TBS's curricula include a range of courses and are frequently refreshed with new content as per contemporary needs. Their goal is to give students a firm grasp of broad-based fundamentals. The School's inductive learning model goes beyond facts and theories-a process that teaches individuals not only how to find the solutions to current situations, but also how to continually grow and learn throughout life.

The programs are split into two different yet complementary learning experiences. The Core Curriculum (CC) establishes a knowledge of the fundamental theories. These are then put to application in real life situations through case studies, project works and presentations both at the School and during internships. The students leave the School ready to occupy workstations in varied organizations and demonstrate their leadership skills.
Guest lectures supplement regular course work. The guest lecturers are selected from the emerging sectors so that the students become aware of the current requirements of the employers. Emphasis is given to make these lectures interactive so that the students sharpen their ideas about the practical situations.
In addition to the University degree, students are required to undergo international/professional programs which enhance their skills. Full time students go through regular grooming sessions in presentation skills, mock interviews and advanced/postgraduate programs on different aspects of Management.
