Barrett has been planning to release an album for a while. In 2009, she started recording new material and performed an upcoming single, "Fire," at "Born Free Wild and Live" at the Royal Albert Hall

Not much was heard about the album but in spring 2010, Tina announced on Facebook that her single was nearly ready. In August 2010, Tina's record label sought help to promote her single and album on some of S Club's many social networks. In November 2011, she mentioned a music video for "Fire".
