As the offensive coordinator Monken led Eastern Michigan to some of the best offenses in the history of the program.
In his first stop at Oklahoma State he tutored Rashaun Woods
into one of the best receivers in college football history. Mike Gundy
introduced him as the next offensive coordinator tasked with keeping one of the nation's best offenses as potent as it has been in recent years. Gundy stated, “Todd is a really good fit for what we need. He’s been in the Big 12 and SEC and he’s coached at places that have won at a high level. He’s an experienced, intelligent coach who will be able to come in and help us pick up where we left off. We’re excited to have him join our staff.”
