Thomas E. Blessing IV is an independent film

. He is known for his role as a production manager (line-producer) on the television series pilot Loveline
(1996), for his production management work with Dick Clark Productions
and co-producing the experimental feature film Irish Whiskey (1997). More recently, he co-produced the documentary film The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil

) and from September 2006 through 2007 co-developed and managed the musical act BoomBox
. He currently manages and produces a series of musical acts, including The Werks

Serving as a past union Chief Steward (later President) of UE Local 796, Blessing negotiated three collective agreements between Antioch University Midwest (AUM) and the membership. The most publicized being called 'Hellish', when talks broke down between negotiating teams through the involvement of college students and demonstrations, drawing "extensive media coverage." Subsequent negotiations would become more harmonious as Blessing championed the membership towards integrative bargaining techniques and to forgo legal representation in the direct bargaining
process. Blessing worked for AUM as their web developer and information coordinator from 1997 through 2010.
