Tomislav Labudović is a Croatian football player currently playing for Persiba Balikpapan
in Indonesia Super League.

Tomislav Labudović started his football career in NK Zagreb
(Croatian First Division).
During 2001 he was standard player of Croatian national team U-17.
He played three qualifying matches for Euro U-17 with the results:
24.9.2001. Croatia-Albania 5-2;
26.09.2001 Hungary-Croatia 1:1;
28.09.2001 Croatia-Azerbaijan 2:0;
In period 2004-2009, under the guidance of Miroslav Blažević
and Mile Petković established himself as a young player of great potential and talent, as a leader in the game, who knows how to score a goal and assist, and enrolled in 125 appearances for Croatian First Division with his 23 years.
During 2004/2005 season scoring 5 goals in 5 games in a row and holds the status of one of the best players of Croatian First Division and became a standard player in “Player of the round”.
During 2005/2006 season he played qualifying matches for Euro U-21 for Croatian national team U- 21.
They predicted him bright future in football career, to play for A Croatian national team, but also for A Bosnian national team, because his father was born in Bosnia.
In summer 2008 club NK Zagreb
refused offer of Turkish fc Ankaragucu and Israeli fc Ashdood and offered Labudović a new contract, which he refused and they moved him to the bench.
In winter 2009 Labudović was on loan in NK Šibenik (Croatian First Division), played as a standard player, and enrolled 10 matches.
On 31 August 2009, last day of the transfer window Labudović got a free papers in NK Zagreb
finally, and he signed with club Croatia Sesvete (Croatian First Division), where he played 8 games, and leave club at the end of year because of financial collapse of the club.
2010 signed to NK Inter Zaprešić
, where he played at a high level 8 matches under the guidance of coach Ilija Lončarević
, and he was again standard in “Player of the round”.
In summer 2010 coach Mile Petković invited him to NK Slaven Belupo
, as a replacement for player Elvis Kokalović whose transfer fails, also in the winter transfer window and Tomislav Labudović terminate contract with the club.
In spring 2011 signed two months contract with Budapest Honvéd FC

Club Honved Budapest was in financial problems an Labudović decided not to stay, and sign in with club Persiba Balikpapan
in Indonesia Super League, where he is greeted like a star, because he played with big players like Luka Modric and Niko Kranjcar in Croatian national team U-17, U-19, U-21. Hariadi, coach of the club Persiba Balikpapan personally expressed his delight saying: "I have never seen a player this size, and that he never wore a shirt of NK Dinamo Zagreb".
