Tony Moore was an Irish
soccer player during the 1920s and 1930s.
Moore was a part of the legendary Bohemians amateur team of 1929/30. He was inside-right on that team which included the likes of Harry Cannon
, Jimmy Bermingham
and Fred Horlacher
. He scored on his league debut and would only once finish on the losing team (against Shelbourne
in October 1929). Moore suffered a bad injury and subsequently lost his first team place to Christy Giles
.
Tony died at the age of 90 in 1993.
