Total is the second album by Norwegian rock band Seigmen
. The album came in three editions: the original edition on the 1:70, another on 1:70, with a bonus disc containing "Hjernen Er Alene", and an edition on the Voice of Wonders label. The album was certified Gold in Norway in 2006.
