. Trevor soon joined the PVPD, and united with Natalie. When he thought the two were getting married, he learned that he was actually marrying her evil sister Janet. Janet had pushed Natalie down a well, but the two conceived Amanda Dillon
first.
Janet was then sent to prison for the murder of Will Cortlandt, and Trevor and Natalie won custody of Amanda. They finally got married, but their happiness was cut short, when Natalie was injured in a car accident and pronounced brain dead. After much agony, Trevor ultimately decided to say goodbye to Natalie and took her off life support. Following Natalie's death, Trevor decided to become an attorney. He studied under Jackson Montgomery and left the PVPD to become a defense attorney.
. He soon learned though, that she was actually Janet with plastic surgery. He also fell for Laurel Banning, and the two got married. Although, Trevor was determined to take down Janet and went so far that he kidnapped her. Trevor was also crushed when he saw Laurel get shot to death on the set of The Cutting Edge. Trevor also confronted Janet for trying to take Brooke's
and the car skidded off the road, leaving him paralyzed. Janet finally got Trevor to stand when he was enraged with her and stood. He finally recovered from his grief over Laurel and moved on from his paralysis.
Amanda
was soon heartbroken to learn that Janet Green was her biological mother and of all the deeds she did. Amanda headed to the well where Natalie was entrapped and fell down. When Janet tried to save Amanda, she too fell down the well. The incident was broadcast by Liza Colby
.
Trevor soon realized that Janet had changed and began to develop feelings for her. This enraged his son, Tim Dillon, who did everything to break up the couple. Tim sent threatening letters to Janet and framed her for locking him in a meat locker. Trevor convinced Tim to confess. Trevor soon proposed to Janet, but she declined due to a promise she made to Natalie. After a visit from Natalie, Janet agreed to marry Trevor.
Married life was boring for the couple, until Janet's ex cell mate, Sophia Malinowski, arrived and demanded money from Janet or she would kill Trevor and Amanda. Janet paid her off, but Sophie demanded more money. Janet began to revert back to her old ways. Janet planned on killing Sophie, but she got the upper hand and a struggle ensued. Janet killed Sophie with a crow bar during the fight.
Janet returned in 2005 without Trevor. Trevor's dead body was found on May 6, 2006. He was killed by his wife, Janet
