Triangle Orthopaedics has been a pioneer in the development of Orthopaedic Urgent Care Health clinics (OUCH Clinics) and many groups have consulted with TOA to help them set up similar clinics in other areas of the country. The satellite clinics are staffed by orthopaedic generalists, with sub-specialist consultation available.
