Trouble Maker is the debut album of South Korean co-ed subunit Trouble Maker! consisting of 4minute
’s Hyuna
& Beast’s Hyunseung (a.k.a. JS).
Released on December 1, 2011, the album marks the first collaboration between the two away from their groups. The duo promoted the album extensively, including numerous performances. The song "Trouble Maker" was used to promote the EP.
song called "The Words I Don’t Want to Hear", a collaboration song from Hyuna and Rado called "Time", and a solo song from HyunSeung called "I Don't Mind".
The photo features a private-party concept which showcases Hyuna and Hyunseung dressed in their classy black suits.
On November 26th, 2011 Trouble Maker has released the tracklist for their upcoming debut album as well as their audio teaser. Hyuna and Hyunseung also performed at the 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards to further promote the album, showcasing provactive dancing and what was believed to be an intimate kiss. However, the next day Cube Entertainment official confirmed that the HyunA and Hyunseung didn’t actually lock lips during their performance. “The kiss was not lip to lip, but actually lip to cheek.”
Trouble Maker unveiled their first mini-album on December 1, 2011.
Trouble Maker is a MV that plays on the cat-and-mouse theme. Set in a lavish hotel room, the video is rife with gunplay and sexual tension.
Both Hyuna & Hyunseung spy each other, at the end of the music video Hyuna gives fire hotel room where was Hyunseung and then Hyunseung shot Hyuna with a gun.
The music video includes different dance scenes and also in the early music video Hyuna sits on a chair with a cat in her arms.

Promotion and release
On November 24th, Cube Entertainment announced that Hyuna & Hyunseung will form a sub unit. The agency also unveiled the unit's album jacket photo for their self-titled mini album "Trouble Maker".The photo features a private-party concept which showcases Hyuna and Hyunseung dressed in their classy black suits.
