Trump International Hotel and Tower at Waikiki Beach Walk or Trump Tower Waikiki is a 350 ft (106.7 m) tall, 775000 sq ft (71,999.9 m²) tower with about 460 hotel-condo units in the Waikiki
area of the City and County of Honolulu

. The building includes parking, retail and dining space, as well as a library, wine cellar, lobby bar, cafe, fitness center, spa and separate residential and hotel lobbies. Luxury amenities include a 6th floor infinity pool, gourmet kitchens, floor to ceiling windows and marble baths.
In July 2006, demolition of the Royal Islander and Reef Lanai hotels made room for Trump Waikiki. On November 10, 2006, almost three full years before completion, all 462 units were pre-sold in one day for a total of $700 million, or $1.5 million on average, possibly the fastest real estate sale in history.
The building opened on November 1, 2009 and by February, 2010, 361 of the hotel-condominium's 462 units were still vacant due to "an internal matter with the financing of the building."
