It has been announced that Donald Trump, due to the overwhelming seller's response from his first tower, will build a second, identical tower next to the first tower. It is Las Vegas
's tallest residential building at 620ft (190m).

Prior to construction, Trump built a sales center for his tower on Las Vegas Boulevard. The temporary sales center cost nearly $3 million.
