As with other Airport Express stations, the Airport Express and Tung Chung line are separated by different concourses and different levels. In Tsing Yi Station, the 4 platforms are constructed in a stacked arrangement, with platform 1 at the top level, and platform 4 at the bottom. Platform 2 is only used to allow travellers coming from the Hong Kong International Airport to alight, except between 7 am and 10 am on Mondays to Saturdays, when Morning Express services are available.

Morning Express Service
The MTR is now offering the Morning Express Service allowing passengers to take the Airport Express from Tsing Yi to Hong Kong. Commuters wishing to reach Hong Kong faster can purchase a special ticket for $20 at the customer service centre.
