Turks and Caicos Islands passport holders can enter the United States visa-free for short business and pleasure. To qualify, they must not have had a criminal conviction or ineligibility, violated U.S. immigration laws in the past and must arrive in the United States on a direct flight from the territory. In addition, they must present a Turks and Caicos Islands passport which states that they are a British Overseas Territory Citizen and have the right to abode in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
