History

Tuscany Suites and Casino is the first gaming development by CMH Real Estate Development who operated three Las Vegas-area apartment complexes. The property in eventually intended to feature 1,000 rooms.

The Hotel was initially slated to open in the summer of 2001 but did not open until 2002. The Tuscany Suites was developed by Inland Empire Builders. The property's casino is managed by Ellis Island Casino & Brewery
