The summit was first reached in February 1994 by Robert Caspersen, Sjur Nesheim and Ivar Tollefsen by its NW face.

Later ascents

In November 2006 Caspersen and Tollefsen returned and with Stein-Ivar Gravdal and Trond Hilde climbed in 16 days the North face
