The primary goal of the party was governing Russian Federation and, ultimately, the world, in accordance with religio-political Conception of Social Security "Dead Water" (Концепция общественной безопасности Мёртвая вода), named after the magical water from Russian folklore that heals the wounds of the dead, and Sufficiently Universal Theory of Ruling (Достаточно общая теория управления)

Criticism

The party has been described as a neo-pagan religious cult, with explicit totalitarian agenda. However, it was recommended to intoduct at the Parlamen listening in 1995.
