The Universities and Colleges Employers' Association (UCEA) is the employers' association for universities and colleges of higher education
in the United Kingdom
. They represent universities and colleges in national negotiations with trade unions, government bodies, funding councils and other stakeholders.
They also provide advice to higher education institutions on strategic and operational employment issues and undertake research into human resource planning, pay, recruitment and retention and other issues of interest to their members.
The following are the constituent member organizations and the number of seats they have on the board:

The chief executive is Jocelyn Prudence (since 2001), and the Chair of the Board is Keith Burnett
