University of Surabaya is a university in Surabaya, East Java. UBAYA is the successor Trisakti University of Surabaya which was founded in 1966. His name was changed to the University of Surabaya in 1968. UBAYA anniversary set on March 11, 1968. The University has three campuses, the campus was in Ngagel 1, 2 are in Rungkut campus, and campuses are in Trawas 3. Campus 1 is more focused to rectorate and polytechnics, colleges of education 2 for S1, and 3 for the campus in outdoor learning activities.

PIOLK UBAYA established to facilitate, support and ensure the effectiveness, safety and rationality of treatment by providing information that is not impartial, unbiased and terkaji commercially.
• Central City Community Empowerment (PUSDAKOTA): institution-based community empowerment movement of the main character value with autonomous, nonprofit, pluralist (beyond the boundaries of religion, race, ethnicity, class and regionalism), egalitarian (do not serve certain political interests), peace love and active civil society movement to mobilize the urban.
• Centre for Professional Development (CPD): the institution under the Faculty of Economics, established in 2003 and provides training services (in-house training and public training), consulting and research for businesses and the general public.
