Location

The Campus will be situated at Henderson Road, Singapore, formerly the EASB Campus. Facilities are currently being upgraded at the site to accommodate up to 3,000 students.

History

UWIC Asia Campus is a joint venture by University of Wales Institute, Cardiff and the East Asia Institute of Management (EASB) to provide Business and Management Courses in Singapore. UWIC will maintain direct control over the quality of the courses provided in its campus in Singapore, and is expected to engage 50% of own faculty to teach its offshore courses, with the rest of the lecturers & teaching staff to consist of Singaporeans. Marketing and administration for the University Campus will be provided by EASB.

UWIC follows Scotland's Queen Margaret University as the second British Institution to set up an off-shore campus in Singapore. Both campuses are set up with the help of EASB.
