Upper Coomera is a suburb on the Gold Coast

. Coomera has long been earmarked by the Gold Coast City Council and the State Government for a new satellite growth suburb of the Gold Coast, similar in many ways to Robina.
Upper Coomera is seen as having the semi-rural lifestyle, but this is shared with the development of single detached dwellings.
The developments in this location benefit from the close proximity to the Coomera River.
The Upper Coomera precinct has also seen much development with Coomera Springs, a residential development currently under construction with 750 home sites set around a lake, parklands and recreational facilities. Other residential developments currently under construction include Coomera Retreat, Highland Reserve, Park Springs, The Landing and The Retreat.
