Airlines and destinations

In August 2011 Ryanair stopped selling tickets on all routes to/from Valladolid after 29 October 2011. Although Ryanair has stopped the sale of these tickets, there has currently been no official announcement by the airline that it's pulling out of Valladolid. This means flights may continue to operate as normal after this date despite the unknown reason for the halting of ticket sales. Ryanair has previously said though that it intends to reduce flights to and from Spain as a whole this winter. This was because of fines worth 1.23 million euros imposed on the airline.
