(RCIU Legends), Jeff Clarke (Surrey United

(Richmond FC Olympics), who generally play in this league while free agents.
This league has produced several British Columbia Soccer Association
Provincial Cup Champions, including seven of the last ten champions. In 2007, the league also produced a runner-up to the Open Canada Cup
