Synopsis

Veerasamy is about a criminal lawyer, who wins cases using his brain and brawn. Vijaya.T. Rajendar is well known for his multitasking; he is an actor, director, lyricist and music director. He has also showcased his ability as a singer in this film .

Plot

Vijaya.T. Rajendar is an M.L.A. and lawyer. Sheela plays the role of his sister. Mumtaj works with Veerasamy. Padma Narayanan is a loan-shark. Babi works as the henchman for Padma Narayanan. His sister's role is played by Meghna Naidu. Aziz, brother of Babi, and Sheela are classmates. Love blooms between them. Their love is opposed by both sides. Meanwhile, Meghna Naidu loves Aziz. Mumtaj falls in love with T.R., but marries another person.

Criticism

The movie has received various poor and funny criticism due to its multiple storyline of multiple characters and lengthy dialogues. Though this movie was entitled as "Ithu Kathaiyalla kaaviyam" by Vairamuthu and was quoted on the Tamil movie Tamil Padam
