Background

Victoria Hall is a company providing Student Accommodation. It is part of the O'Flynn Group, a privately owned property and construction company. Using a model developed in Cork in the 1990s, Victoria Hall was formed in 1996 to develop the student accommodation branch of the company and export this part of the business from Ireland, into the UK. Since then Victoria Hall has grown to develop properties in a number major cities in the UK and on mainland Europe.

Victoria Hall develops, owns and operates all of its large property schemes, which function independently and in partnership with universities. Partnership agreements have been formed with The University of Birmingham, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Glasgow University, De Montfort University, Liverpool John Moores University, The University of Manchester, Newcastle University, Northumbria University, and Sheffield Hallam University.

It was also awarded an International Accommodation Quality Mark, given to providers and universities to recognise the service offered to international students.
