(ELSS). Founded in 1977, the institution has seen a drastic drop in enrolment for many years, which has seen some students participating in video-conferencing classes with many other students from all over Northern Ontario
. The enrolment was 16 (middle school) and 45 (high school).
The school's official colours are orange, black and white. Their sporting clubs go by the name The Elite.
The student population is one of the more technologically advanced in Northern Ontario. Each year students from grades 7 to 8 receive IBM Laptop computers for the duration of the school term, while students in grades 9 to 12 receive Dell Latitude sireis 6200 laptop computers.
"Le Survol" is the name of the school's yearbook.
